This treadmill works great although the price of the machine would make you feel differently. It has a cable that can be used for your iPhone and the speakers are pretty loud. It basically gives you everything you need in a treadmill. In fact, it is no different than any of the treadmills you find in the gym.
The frame is built very sturdy and is solid and heavy. There are four wheels to help move it easier. It comes with a folding option and it goes slow and gentle so you do not get any injury when folding it down. The instructions are very thorough and easy to understand. It is easily set up; read the instructions, follow the 3 steps and you are done. However, it is best if you have a friend or assistant help you out due to its weight and possibility of injury when setting up alone.
